Yesterday I posted a copy of an obituary notice in The Age newspaper for Dr John Munro.
I have since learned that it was not an obituary for the educator, Dr John Munro, but for another man of the same name.
I have removed the post.
I am deeply sorry for the misunderstanding and any distress I have caused.
